Please Note: All volunteers are required to work at least 8 hours, per shift, during the Jazz Festival weekend.

Pre-festival Jazz Foundation office duties
Thursday, August 20 -- Airport Meet & Greet, and Drivers needed only
Friday, August 21 -- 8 hour shift
Saturday, August 22 -- 8 hour shift
Sunday, August 23 -- 8 hour shift
Monday, August 24 -- Drivers only (AM shifts)

You will receive a volunteer t-shirt to be worn during the festival. Please pick the appropriate size:

3. Volunteer Positions

Instructions: Please number in order of preference which volunteer positions you are interested in filling. Fill in a least your top four. Start with “1” as your most desired choice, then number down through “12” for least desired.

* Parking Attendants are required to arrive earlier than other volunteers, but are released one hour after show starts and will receive two complimentary jazz tickets per 8 hours volunteered. Will need approximately 4-5 firm & forceful volunteers to direct traffic flow.
