Please Note: All volunteers are required to work at least 8 hours, per shift, during the Jazz Festival weekend.

Monday, August 25 -- Artist Host & Drivers only (AM shifts)

3. Volunteer Positions

Instructions: Please number in order of preference which volunteer positions you are interested in filling. Fill in a least your top four. Start with “1” as your most desired choice, then number down through “12” for least desired.

* Parking Attendants are required to arrive earlier than other volunteers, but are released one hour after show starts and will receive two complimentary jazz tickets per 8 hours volunteered. Will need approximately 4-5 firm & forceful volunteers to direct traffic flow.

** Artist Hosts & Drivers: The Artist Host and Driver positions are special roles requiring a greater level of volunteer commitment. These positions are much less structured than the other shifts listed above. Drivers are needed daily to facilitate transportation of the acts and their equipment. Drivers will use Festival rented or sponsor donated vehicles. We require the most drivers on Saturday to transport Artists to and from Education Day Clinics at Ecker Hill Middle School. Hosts and Drivers must have email addresses and cell phones.
