The Park City Jazz Festival has grown immensely in eleven years and features two stages offering non-stop entertainment, a vendor village of artisan and local business vendors, a beer garden, and live videoboard broadcast of performances.

Unique amongst concert and festival venues, this beautiful setting allows you to enjoy the cool mountain air and a beautiful panoramic view, as well as our "Jazz with Altitude".

General Admission Seating

General Admission seating is on the gently sloping hillside of the Deer Valley Resort ski runs. Low chairs are allowed to one side of the stage and blankets-only on the other side. Chairs must be no higher than 9" from the ground, about the height of a basketball, to ensure viewing by those behind you. Tall chairs are not allowed anywhere. Wheelchair seating is available for those in need.

Situated at about 7000 ft., the weather can fluctuate in this mountain setting. Locals find it best to come prepared with layered outerware. Also the Jazz Festival store always carries great logo'd sweatshirts, in case you're caught unprepared.

Food and Beverages

Deer Valley Resort offers up the finest in grilled and fresh fare from their outdoor concessions. Picnics and BYOB are also welcome. A Beer & Cocktail Garden is available if you seek cool refreshment.

To make your Park City Jazz Festival even more memorable, order a Deer Valley Gourmet Picnic Basket.  Baskets feature delectable options such as lightly smoked salmon or chilled petit filet of beef, antipasto of streamed artichokes with homemade aioli, imported olives, Creminelli truffled salami and pear tomatoes, double cream French brie with a fresh baguette and fresh fruit along with delicious sweets. DIRECTIONS:

Deer Valley is located in the historic mining town of Park City, Utah; approximately 36 miles east of the Salt Lake City International Airport. Deer Valley is easily accessible via Interstate 80.

From the airport follow the signs to I-80 East to Cheyenne. Travel approximately 25 miles up I-80 East to the Park City Exit #145. Exit to your right onto HWY 224 and continue for approximately six miles into historic Park City. Turn left onto Deer Valley Drive, and continue to the round-about. Exit the roundabout continuing along Deer Valley Drive.  (Consider the round-about a clock: enter at 6'oclock, exit at 11 o'clock).  As you enter the base of the Deer Valley, you will see about 25 Flags. The Snow Park Lodge is just ahead and your load-in/load-out parking is immediately in front of the lodge.
