Festival Vendor Information

The Park City Jazz Festival will be held August 20-22, 2010. As a part of the Jazz Festival, we welcome the visual arts too, in the Vendor Village. In between performing acts, the concert attendees like to view and purchase some of the products for sale.

We are so excited that you, as an artist/vendor would like to contribute to the Festival atmosphere. We will seek a dynamic mix of artists and vendors this year. We are hoping to focus on vendors who produce or sell "sustainable products" made with recycled items or which use sustainable production processes. Please let us know how your products fit into this model.

With over 15,000 Festival attendees during the weekend, it is our sincere hope that your time will meet with worthwhile sales, smiles, great music, and continued success.

2010 Festival Vendor Application

You will need to know the following information during your stay as a Festival Artist Vendor:

Set-up and Hours of Operation:

Friday Set-Up: Vendor must be set up and ready for operation on or before noon on August 20.   Building inspection for tent structures will take place sometime between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM the artist vendor must be present and available for questions during inspection.

Vendors must have a representative at booth from ½ hour prior to Festival Gates Open each day and throughout entire event until ½ hour past the conclusion of performance, or when all patrons have left the venue.

  • Friday, August 20:  Set-up 8 AM – 12 Noon
  • Both must be set-up by noon on Friday, August 20
  • Building Inspection and Tax Commission visits will occur between 2 pm and 3 pm on Friday for Utah State Tax Commission Licensing and approval.
  • Gates open to the Public: Friday 3:30pm-10:30pm; Sat 2:30-9:30 pm; Sun 1:30pm-9:30pm.

Booth Requirements:

  • On the Vendor Application, select the type of booth-location and corresponding fee that you prefer for your booth.  Booth location types vary from level plaza to grassy hillside.
  • Tent packages are available to rent from PCJF for an additional $350, which includes 10x10 canopy, table, and 2 chairs.
  • NO TENT STAKING WILL BE ALLOWED as this could cause major damage to Deer Valley’s electrical wires that are less than two feet under ground.
  • Load-In/Load Out: Vendor parking will be available 8:00 AM until noon on Friday for load-in and available for load-out Sunday from 9:00 PM until midnight.  
  •  Vendor must be prepared to carry boxes to vendor tent…bring a dolly.
